Ashley Nuese

Ashley Nuese is the Director of Marketing and Sales Services at HR Solutions. She is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, guidance, and management of the firm's sales and marketing efforts. In this role, Ms. Nuese is responsible for developing, executing, managing and evaluating the strategic and tactical sales and marketing programs that HR Solutions presents to clients and prospects. She is also actively involved in expanding and nurturing HR Solutions' relationships with alliance partners in order to identify and develop co-marketing opportunities. In addition, Ms. Nuese partakes in her own sales efforts to further strengthen HR Solutions' brand in the marketplace and enhance revenue.

Ms. Nuese obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, graduating with an emphasis in Psychology and Italian. Some of the key accounts she has worked on include: BayerCrop Science, HealthSouth, Kennedy Health System, METRO Cash & Carry International, Pechanga Resort & Casino, Toray Industries America, Inc., St. Joseph Health System, Trinity Health System, UAB Health System and Yale New Haven Health System. She has also been involved in the research and the compilation of HR Solutions' Best Practices. Personal

Outside of the office, Ms. Nuese enjoys reading, running, and traveling to promote a healthy work-life balance. Being a Minnesota native, she partakes in ice fishing trips to the land of 10,000 lakes on her winter vacations. She had the opportunity to study abroad in Bologna, Italy at the Universitá di Bologna for a year to enhance her knowledge of the Italian language and culture. Ms. Nuese gives back to the community through charitable donations and road race entries that assist in raising funds for those in need.
