Meredith Boza

Meredith Boza is the Senior Director of Projects for HR Solutions and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, guidance, and management of the firm's Quality Data Services team and the Project Management team. Ms. Boza's teams manage all aspects of project execution beginning with survey design consultation, administration, data delivery and analysis for all survey projects. Ms. Boza has in-depth expertise in operations management, quality control, and process improvement, including proficiency in Six Sigma process improvement methodology.

Ms. Boza received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN. Some of the major clients she has worked with are FedChoice Federal Credit Union, METRO Cash & Carry International, and Trinity Health System. Prior to joining HR Solutions, Ms. Boza was a Six Sigma Black Belt for SymphonyIRI Group, a leading provider of market information and solutions for the consumer package goods industry.

Personal

Outside of the office, Ms. Boza enjoys cooking, expanding her cookbook collection, and traveling. She has also been involved with charitable activities with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training^® with donations and support to several Team In Training runners. She is originally from Lake Bluff, IL, and currently resides in Chicago, IL, where she lives with her husband Brad.
