Aaron Ditto

Aaron Ditto is a proven technology strategist and innovator with more than 10 years of success leveraging technology to enhance communication, decision making, and productivity. He brings extensive technology expertise, keen business acumen, and a strong focus on optimizing functionality at minimum cost.

Mr. Ditto joined the HR Solutions team in 2006 as a Network Administrator and hit the ground running by quickly designing and implementing a real-time monitoring system for HR Solutions' internal and external networks, increasing overall uptime and performance of key systems. Soon after, he took the lead of the IT Department as IT Manager and designed services-oriented processes for disaster recovery, storage and back-up systems, and core computing environments for online applications. He is also the lead programmer for the website and Intranet, as well as the Senior DBA.

In 2009, Aaron took over as the coordinator for the development of ActionPro®, HR Solutions' online action-planning and reporting system. He currently oversees the fulfillment of all SDLC deliverables, leads daily change control and test coordination initiatives, and overall administration of the datacenter topology.

Prior to joining HR Solutions, Mr. Ditto was Head of Computer Management and Network Administration for R-Jet Tek in Colorado Springs, CO; a leader in ink jet re-manufacturing equipment and supplies.

Personal

During his off-time, Mr. Ditto enjoys spending time with his family. He also gives generously to the Salvation Army and assists individuals with their computer needs.
