HR Solutions is an international management consulting firm that provides opinion survey instruments, training and development services, management assessments, and results-oriented advisory services. Our firm specializes in designing and administering surveys concerning job satisfaction, quality, benefits, safety, customer service, customer satisfaction, and sales. Responsibilities
- Drive new business through cold calling, preferred provider relationships, networking sales lists, etc
- Increase and sell our management consulting services. Communicate to our clients our overall services in that arena
- Generate new business with current, non-active clients
- Conduct sales presentations and conference calls to prospective clients and current clients
- Manage 3-5 active projects as the primary contact
- Fully understand the sales process and what HR Solutions can offer its clients
- Fully understand the internal survey process so all questions can be answered
- Written/Verbal Communication:
- Answer sales inquiries, qualifying potential clients on actual needs
- Write clear and detailed client communications including emails, sales, etc.
- Write tailored proposals when required
- Write pitch letters when required
- Create and proof sales presentations in PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively interact with top executives, middle management, and professional, technical, and clinical staff, as well as support/clerical staff, production workers, etc.
- Handle sales follow up through email communications and telephone
- Must be able to assess priority of responses and be creative when communicating to our potential and current clients
- Heavy interactions with CEO regarding sales follow-up activities
- Ability to "cold call"
- Ability to organize and report findings in a clear concise manner; must be able to present narrative of findings in organized format, e.g. Memo, Excel
Requirements:
- Full-time position
- Ability to travel 75%+ of work time, (at times on short notice)
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
