We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to help us keep pace with the growth in our business. Associate Project Managers are responsible for supporting Project Managers in helping to guide our clients through detailed survey processes. They are also responsible for coordinating with our production, marketing and administrative teams to ensure that we meet and exceed client expectations.
Required Skills, Abilities and Talents:
- Strong service and quality orientation to clients and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, workflow and tasks, and respond to changing priorities.
- Strong detail orientation.
- Basic knowledge of survey methods and statistics.
- Ability to work and think independently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of managing budgets and costs.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree required. Masters in a related field strongly preferred
- Minimum two years experience in office/corporate environment with duties involving project or task coordination. Project management and customer service experience are a plus.
Computer Skills/Requirements:
- Working knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access)
- Ability to learn and use proprietary, internet-based workflow software
