HR Solutions has literally hundreds of thousands of norms available for each major industry. Our normative database enables us to tell an organization how its employees compare to employees of similar organizations.

For instance, without Normative/Comparison data, an organization which scores 40% Favorable and 40% Unfavorable on a Pay-related survey item is likely to conclude that there is a problem with pay satisfaction, when in fact, the percent favorable norm on pay-related items is actually only 34% Favorable, far below that organization's score. Thus, what could be a significant positive result on your in-house survey might be misconstrued as below average or negative.
