We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager. We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and excellent opportunity for growth. The Business Development Mananger is responsible for driving new business through cold calling, preferred provider relationships, networking (alliance partners, HR user groups, contacts, etc.), and sales lists.

Competency: Sales / New Business Development
  1. Driving new business through cold calling, preferred provider relationships, networking (alliance partners, HR user groups, contacts, etc.), sales lists, etc.
  2. Increase and sell our management consulting services. Communicate to our clients our overall services (i.e. performance management, teambuilding, etc.) in that arena.
  3. Conducting sales presentations and conference calls to prospective clients and current clients.

This competency is illustrated by completing the following tasks:

Competency: Written/Verbal Communication
  1. Answer sales inquiries, qualifying potential clients on actual needs.
  2. Write clear and detailed client communications including emails, sales, etc.
  3. Write tailored proposals when required.
  4. Write pitch letters when required.
  5. Create and proof sales presentations in PowerPoint.
  6. Ability to effectively interact with top executives, middle management, and professional, technical, and clinical staff, as well as support/clerical staff, production workers, etc.
