At HR Solutions, we turn data into action. We conduct employee and customer surveys on behalf of our clients around the world in an effort to help them develop a blueprint for positive change. We also provide management consulting services to our clients in the areas of performance management, teambuilding, effective communication training, mentoring, change management, and leadership development.
Job Openings
The Business Development Mananger is responsible for driving new business through cold calling, preferred provider relationships, networking (alliance partners, HR user groups, contacts, etc.), and sales lists.
Support Team members are among the first people that our clients and prospects come into contact with. They create proposals, budgets and other documents for clients to review. In addition, team members perform a variety of tasks that keep our fast- paced office running smoothly.
The Marketing team is primarily responsible for supporting our sales activities. This team is also responsible for developing communications media and advertising materials to effectively represent the company's products and services to customers and prospects. They are also continually gathering industry data to discover new avenues to market our services.
The Production department is where we design surveys and produce user friendly reports and analyses to help our clients make the most of their survey. Team members work closely with Project Managers to make sure that we meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.

Project managers are the main point of contact with our clients. Working in conjunction with the Administration and Production teams, they guide clients through detailed survey processes. They also add to our business by providing additional value-added services to clients throughout a survey process.
Our consultants work with clients to help interpret data by conducting focus group/feedback session with client employees and managers. They also prepare comprehensive final reports and present the findings to our client's executive team while guiding them through the action planning process.
For those individuals who do not wish to work full-time and to satisfy the needs of our clients, we sometimes need outside assistance (Independent Contractors) to handle survey administration, feedback sessions, and executive summary or final report development.
