Chris A. Dustin

As Executive Vice President of Consulting, Mr. Dustin is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, guidance, and management of the firm's consulting operations. These responsibilities include coaching and guiding clients to implement positive change based on the quantitative and qualitative data collected during the survey process. He is actively involved in conducting Management Kick-Off Meetings, Initial Presentations, Feedback Sessions, Presenting the Final Results and Recommendations to the client, and Action-Planning Training.

Mr. Dustin is also a frequent speaker at conferences nationwide. His presentation topics include: Current and Updated Trends in Employee Engagement; Leadership, The Employee Perspective; How Good Communication Impacts Employee Satisfaction, Organizational Performance, and Image; How to Keep Mature Workers Engaged; Exploring Corporate Alignment; Time Management in the Workplace; Creating a "Magnetic Culture": Recruiting, Engaging and Retaining Top Employees; and How to Streamline Organizational Communication and Manage Conflict Through Win-Win Outcomes. Mr. Dustin also recently presented a speech titled "Does the Honeymoon Have to End? Keeping Employees Engaged Beyond the First Year" at ASHHRA's Annual Conference. Mr. Dustin received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado, concentrating in Management. Personal

Mr. Dustin is a native of Colorado and moved to Chicago, Illinois in 1997. He is an avid reader of inspirational books and publications and was published in an industry leading publication discussing his views on leadership in the new millennium. He volunteers with and provides generous financial support to The Cancer Federation and The Salvation Army. During his off time, he enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and any golf course.
