Mr. Dustin is the Executive Vice President of Consulting at HR Solutions, Inc. He is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, guidance, and management of the consulting operations of the firm. These responsibilities include coaching and guiding clients to implement positive change based on the quantitative and qualitative data collected during the survey process. He is actively involved in conducting Management Kick-Off Meetings, Initial Presentations, Feedback Sessions, Presenting the Final Results and Recommendations to the client, and Action Planning Training. In addition to these consulting services, he is engaged in developing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with our existing and new customers.

Mr. Dustin provides high-level management consulting, including project management, to many of HR Solutions' clients. Some of the clients he has consulted with include: Ameristar Casinos, CNA Insurance, Department of Defense DNA Registry, Fuji Photo Film, Goshen Health System, Inc., Phoebe Putney Health System, PRA International, RDO Equipment Company, SBS Technologies, SSM Health Care, The Wills Group, Unity Health System, USA, Virtua Health System, Wakefern Food Corporation, and West Tennessee Healthcare.

Furthermore, Mr. Dustin is the champion of identifying, expanding, developing, and leading HR Solutions' strategic Management Consulting offerings. Since his arrival to HR Solutions, the Management Consulting programs have increased exponentially. The Management Consulting offerings he has been instrumental in launching include: Performance Management, Teambuilding Training, Sexual Harassment Prevention Training, Meeting Effectiveness Training, Employee Handbook Development, Mentorship Training, Change Management Training, and Leadership Assessment and Competency Training.

Mr. Dustin leads the HR Solutions' Research and Statistics team and has several years experience conducting univariate and multivariate statistical analysis. Specifically, Mr. Dustin was the force behind developing HR Solutions' proprietary Key Driver Analysis, which uses correlation coefficients to help clients statistically determine priorities for action planning. In addition, he uses his technical expertise to guide HR Solutions' validation studies (construct, criterion, and content validity) using factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. He has also worked with numerous clients to conduct trend studies including delta analysis (6), control charts, and t-tests to help clients measure changes over time. Finally, he is an expert in linkage research, assisting clients in establishing meaningful comparisons between historical data and connecting perceptions across all business constituencies.

Mr. Dustin has over fourteen years of high-level consulting experience in leading and coaching large and complex business operations. Prior to his tenure at HR Solutions, he functioned in the leadership roles of Branch and District Manager for three national information technology consulting firms: Advecta, Collins Consulting, Inc., and Computer Horizons Corp. These firms were involved in IT staffing and solutions for a multitude of Fortune 1000 firms. During his tenure at those organizations, he was instrumental in increasing revenue, implementing new policies and procedures to improve productivity, and coaching and guiding the internal staff in new business and sales methods. Specific achievements during his leadership was achieving ISO 9002 certification, facilitating successful integrations of two multi-million dollar acquisitions, and instrumental in managing a staffing solution to upgrade over 2,500 desktops from various older versions of the Windows platform to Windows 2000.

Personal

Mr. Dustin received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado, concentrating in Management. He is a native of Colorado and moved to Chicago, Illinois in 1997. He is an avid reader of inspirational books and publications and was published in an industry leading publication discussing his views on leadership in the new millennium.

He volunteers with and provides generous financial support to The Cancer Federation and The Salvation Army. During his off-time, he enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and any golf course.
