HR Solutions' Sweet 16® Survey is composed of 16 items and is most often used by our clients as an efficient way to measure employee engagement. The instrument allows your organization to choose an additional 20 customized survey items (optional). This service, like our other survey products, is ideal for clients looking for specific business outcomes related to higher employee engagement.

Survey Administration

Each of our surveys can be administered in one of three ways, or in any combination of these methods:

Paper & Pencil - Paper-based surveys are administered using a variety of methods, including business-reply mailings and on-site administration.

Internet - HR Solutions' internet survey services use the most up-to-date software and provide user-friendly features. Telephone support for participants is readily available from HR Solutions.

Telephone - Phone surveys are conducted using either an interactive voice response (IVR) system or with an outbound call placed by an HR Solutions' representative.
