2010 Employee Engagement/Opinion Survey Award Winners Announced

Last month, HR Solutions announced its 2010 Employee Engagement/Opinion Survey Award winners. The annual award, which began in 1999, recognizes the top organizations that had the highest Actively Engaged population or the highest Overall Job Satisfaction score in 2010. Organizations were also recognized for having the most improved Employee Engagement level or the most improved Overall Job Satisfaction score compared to their previous level/score.

The winners for each of the four categories are as follows:

Highest Actively Engaged Population

• First Place: AtlantiCare, Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey
• Second Place: North Mississippi Health Services, Tupelo, Mississippi
• Third Place: Trinity Health System, Novi, Michigan

Most Improved Employee Engagement Level

• Most Improved: Belk, Charlotte, North Carolina
• Second Most Improved: IPRO, Lake Success, New York
• Third Most Improved: Cape Regional Medical Center, Cape May Court House, New Jersey

Highest Overall Job Satisfaction

• First Place: Floyd Medical Center, Rome, Georgia
• Second Place: Planned Systems International (PSI), Columbia, Maryland
• Third Place: Chartwell Midwest Wisconsin L.L.C., Middleton, Wisconsin

Most Improved Overall Job Satisfaction

• Most Improved: Bayer CropScience, Research Triangle Park, North Carolina
• Second Most Improved: Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), Washington, District of Columbia
• Third Most Improved: Cape Regional Medical Center, Cape May Court House, New Jersey
