
HR Solutions, Inc. — Executive Assistant — Survey Research (NON-IT)
HR Solutions is an international management consulting firm that provides opinion survey instruments, training and development services, management assessments, and results-oriented advisory services. Our firm specializes in designing and administering surveys concerning job satisfaction, quality, benefits, safety, customer service, customer satisfaction, and sales. As our name implies, we help our clients solve current and future problems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Executive Administrative support to the CEO
- Must be able to assess priority of responses and be creative when communicating to our potential and current clients
- Heavy interaction with CEO regarding sales follow-up activities
- Write tailored proposals when required
- Write pitch letters when required
- Maintain busy Outlook Calendar and coordination of on-going travel arrangements
- Compose correspondences, answer and screen incoming calls and emails
- Heavy interaction with the Marketing Team to gain assistance with more complicated email responses
- Completion of expense reports
- File/Contact Database management
- Ability to complete research projects
- Ability to organize and report findings in a clear concise manner; must be able to present narrative of findings in organized format, e.g. Memo, Excel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Abilities:
- Meticulous interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exceptional writing skills (grammar, proofing, editing, organization)
- Detail-oriented (extensive focus on detail)
- Ability to make intuitive decisions, prioritize and multi-task (i.e., manage multiple projects and tasks, and cope with changing priorities).
- Ability to work and think independently or collegially with a team
- Quick learner
- Excellent Internet research skills
Computer Skills/Requirements:
- Word Processing and MS Word
- MS Excel or similar software (i.e. Lotus 1-2-3)
- FrontPage, PhotoShop
- MS Outlook/Express, Access and PowerPoint
- High degree of professionalism and a demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent work experience required
- 2-4 years of Administrative Assistant experience reporting to Executive Management
