Survey Administration

Our Patient Satisfaction Survey can be administered via internet, telephone, hand-held self-entry devices, paper/pencil, or a combination of two or more methods. When internet administration is selected, patients would receive a website address to take the survey either on-site or at home. For telephone administration, our trained callers will contact patients after their visit to your organization. For self-entry devices, patients will be surveyed on-site before the patient leaves the facilities. Data is automatically stored on the device and then downloaded to our office. For paper/pencil administration, a written survey is mailed to patients after their visit.

HR Solutions is proud to provide HCAHPS Data Collection and Public Reporting Program through our approved partner provider. Matched with our years of expertise in survey measurement and data analysis, we are pleased to now assist healthcare organizations in meeting the requirements of the HCAHPS Program.
