Survey Administration

Each of our surveys can be administered in one of three ways, or in any combination of these methods:

Paper & Pencil - Paper-based surveys are administered using a variety of methods, including business-reply mailings and on-site administration.

Internet - HR Solutions' internet survey services use the most up-to-date software and provide user-friendly features. Telephone support for participants is readily available from HR Solutions.

Telephone - Phone surveys are conducted using either an interactive voice response (IVR) system or with an outbound call placed by an HR Solutions' representative.

We are capable of developing a survey to meet each client's specific needs and have created surveys with as few as 16 items and as many as 120 items, to suit organizational specifications.
