Your goal will be to successfully originate, coordinate and implement services, policies, and programs. You will be privileged to report to the CEO and serve on the executive management team; assist and advise company managers about Human Resources issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources)
- 3-5 years recent Human Resources experience
- Outgoing, high energy and creative individual who can work well with associates at all levels company wide
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle highly confidential information
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to be an effective facilitator in a large group as well as on a one-on-one basis
