HR Solutions is an international management consulting firm that provides opinion survey instruments, training and development services, management assessments, and results-oriented advisory services. Our firm specializes in designing and administering surveys concerning job satisfaction, quality, benefits, safety, customer service, customer satisfaction, and sales. As our name implies, we help our clients solve current and future problems.

We are seeking Independent Contractors to help us keep pace with the growth in our business. Independent Contractors are paid on a 1099 basis, and are not employees of HR Solutions. Independent Contractors are responsible for the following activities: survey administration, feedback/focus group facilitation, training on action planning, leadership consulting, executive presentations, and final report writing to help ensure that we meet and exceed client expectations.

Required Skills, Abilities and Talents:
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree required (Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development/Effectiveness, or related field preferred).
  • Masters Degree preferred.
  • Experience in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development/ Effectiveness, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Thorough working knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: Competencies, 360, Performance Management, Recruitment, Selection, Training and Development, Retention, Career Development, Succession Planning, Change Management, Benefits, Compensation, Coaching, and Strategy/Mission development.
