Survey Strategies
You may choose to design your Internal Customer Service Survey in one of two ways.
You may create a separate survey for each department that you wish to measure. We would then fully customize each survey to a specific department.
You may choose to design one survey for all of the departments you would like to evaluate. Using the latter approach, the survey participant would simply identify the department about which they are responding to the survey items.
