NewView

You have successfully selected the right candidate for the open position. They have completed the onboarding process and are firmly integrated into the new role. They are already starting to be productive and become an asset to your organization. Yet, 59% of new employees leave an organization between six months and one year of service.

What happens after the first 90 days to these highly-engaged and motivated employees? You may be missing early warning signs that could be addressed with a simple action to fully engage or re-engage a valued employee.

The HR Solutions' NewView Survey is a three-part assessment system, which measures the perception new employees have of the organization regarding topics such as the interviewing/hiring process, orientation, and departmental training, as well as job expectations.

HR Solutions' NewView Survey Survey process offers the following advantages:

Cross-Correlation Capabilities

HR Solutions can compare your Employee Engagement and Exit Survey results to the NewView Survey Survey results in order to cross-correlate overall Employee Engagement with that of your new employees, thus giving an organization a more global view of the factors that may impact turnover.

In critical financial times, the new-hire process and onboarding process acquire greater significance. Having an effective attraction and retention action plan ensures that the people you spent countless hours recruiting and developing decide to stay with your organization well past the one year mark.

Survey Administration

Each of our surveys can be administered in one of three ways, or in any combination of these methods:

Paper & Pencil - Paper-based surveys are administered using a variety of methods, including business-reply mailings and on-site administration.

Internet - HR Solutions' internet survey services use the most up-to-date software and provide user-friendly features. Telephone support for participants is readily available from HR Solutions.

Telephone - Phone surveys are conducted using either an interactive voice response (IVR) system or with an outbound call placed by an HR Solutions' representative.
