Kevin Sheridan CEO & Chief Consultant As the Chief Engagement Officer and founder of HR Solutions, Mr. Sheridan serves as Chief Consultant and directs all survey work conducted by the firm. A graduate of Harvard Business School, he has founded three successful survey-related organizations and has extensive finance experience, having worked on a global level for Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. and Goldman, Sachs & Co. |

Chris Dustin Executive Vice President As Executive Vice President, Chris Dustin is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, guidance, and management of the firm’s consulting operations. These responsibilities include coaching and guiding clients to implement positive change based on the quantitative and qualitative data collected during the survey process. He is actively involved in conducting leadership presentations, training sessions, and workshops assisting and sharing best practices and strategic advice on how to improve the client’s overall business outcomes. |

Ashley Nuese Director of Marketing and Sales Services Ashley Nuese is the Director of Marketing and Sales Services at HR Solutions. She is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, guidance, and management of the firm's sales and marketing efforts. In this role, Ms. Nuese is responsible for developing, executing, managing and evaluating the strategic and tactical sales and marketing programs that HR Solutions presents to clients and prospects. She is also actively involved in expanding and nurturing HR Solutions' relationships with alliance partners in order to identify and develop co-marketing opportunities. In addition, Ms. Nuese partakes in her own sales efforts to further strengthen HR Solutions’ brand in the marketplace and enhance revenue. |

Meredith Boza Senior Director of Projects Meredith Boza is the Senior Director of Projects for HR Solutions and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, guidance, and management of the firm’s Quality Data Services team and the Project Management team. Ms. Boza’s teams manage all aspects of project execution beginning with survey design consultation, administration, data delivery and analysis for all survey projects. Ms. Boza has in-depth expertise in operations management, quality control, and process improvement, including proficiency in Six Sigma process improvement methodology. |
