Kevin Sheridan CEO & Chief Consultant As the CEO and founder of HR Solutions, Mr. Sheridan serves as Chief Consultant and directs all survey work conducted by the firm. A graduate of Harvard Business School, he has founded three successful survey-related organizations and has extensive finance experience, having worked on a global level for Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. and Goldman, Sachs & Co. |

Chris Dustin Executive Vice President of Sales & Consulting As Executive Vice President of Consulting, Mr. Dustin is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, guidance, and management of the firm's consulting operations. These responsibilities include coaching and guiding clients to implement positive change based on the quantitative and qualitative data collected during the survey process. He is actively involved in conducting Management Kick-Off Meetings, Initial Presentations, Feedback Sessions, Presenting the Final Results and Recommendations to the client, and Action Planning Training. |

Murat Philippe Principal Consultant Mr. Philippe is a Principal Consultant responsible for the analysis and presentation of quantitative survey results to senior management, as well as collecting, analyzing and incorporating qualitative employee feedback data. He has conducted social science statistical analysis for a decade and has helped HR Solutions study the long-term effects of Employee Opinion Surveys. In addition, Mr. Philippe has helped many clients establish multi-tiered goals for their subsequent survey efforts allowing clients to reap the full benefits of their Employee Opinion Survey data. |

Joseph Collins Project Director Mr. Collins is a Project Director leading a team of project managers and production personnel to ensure the highest level of quality and client satisfaction. Using factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis, Mr. Collins is in charge of conducting validation studies for some of HR Solutions' largest clients. He is also an expert in Conjoint Analysis, helping clients to examine the decision-making processes of their internal and external customers. |
