PEER® (Patent Pending) is an optional, and fully confidential, report that employees may choose to order after the completion of their Engagement Survey. A proprietary calculation based upon the responses to HR Solutions' Sweet 16® Engagement survey items, PEER® accurately measures an employee's level of Engagement (Actively Engaged, Ambivalent, or Actively Disengaged). The tool not only reports the level of Engagement, but it also makes useful subject-specific suggestions for improvement.
PEER® has proven to be overwhelmingly helpful in assisting organizations to address and improve the Engagement of their employees. Tests of the product indicated a resounding success, with fully 65% of the employees surveyed choosing to receive their personal report. Furthermore, HR Solutions' research has found that:
