HR Solutions is an international management consulting firm that provides opinion survey instruments, training and development services, management assessments, and results-oriented advisory services. Our firm specializes in designing and administering surveys concerning job satisfaction, quality, benefits, safety, customer service, customer satisfaction, and sales. As our name implies, we help our clients solve current and future problems.
We are seeking a Production Assistant to provide crucial support on an important upcoming project. This will be a contract position, with an estimated project timeframe of 3-6 months. However, due to the nature of the work and the anticipated growth in our business, the right candidate may be considered for a permanent role.
The Production Assistant's primary responsibility will be to coordinate and input data within a master database of past and present client surveys. We are looking for a reliable, flexible, energetic and personable team player who has a proven ability to be resourceful in the face of new challenges.
Experience and Skills:
- Ability to learn and develop technical skills quickly
- Good written and verbal communication skill
- Must be able to multi-task (i.e., manage multiple projects and tasks, and cope with changing priorities)
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with a team and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel are required, Access and PowerPoint a plus.
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS Degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
