HR Solutions is an international management consulting firm that provides opinion survey instruments, training and development services, management assessments, and results-oriented advisory services. Our firm specializes in designing and administering surveys concerning job satisfaction, quality, benefits, safety, customer service, customer satisfaction, and sales. As our name implies, we help our clients solve current and future problems.
We are seeking a Production Manager to help us keep pace with the growth in our business. We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and excellent opportunity for growth. The Production Manager is responsible for all internal survey production work including direct supervision our 8 person (and growing) Production team. The survey production process includes: survey design, survey scanning, comment processing, balanced workload distribution and delegation, vendor management, proposal creation, and ancillary report generation - comprising both paper/pencil surveys and our online proprietary reporting and action planning system.
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong service and quality orientation to clients and colleagues
- Good/Solid people management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, workflow and tasks, and respond to changing priorities
- Basic knowledge of survey methods and statistics
- Ability to work and think independently
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of managing budgets and costs
Computer skills to include:
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are required, advanced skills are a distinct advantage
- Intermediate SPSS and Microsoft Access skills, advanced skills are a distinct advantage
- Ability to learn and understand software packages used to transfer, design and process surveys
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree required (Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development/Effectiveness, or related field preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years managing employees in a processing/production (survey processing preferred) environment
- Masters Degree or MBA preferred
- Experience in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development/ Effectiveness, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
