We are seeking a Production Specialist to help us keep pace with the growth in our business. We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and excellent opportunity for growth. Production Specialists are responsible for designing surveys, creating data files and producing user-friendly reports to help guide our clients through detailed survey processes. They are also responsible for coordinating with our project managers and administrative team to ensure that we meet and exceed client expectations.

- Able to learn and develop technical skills quickly
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task (i.e., manage multiple projects and tasks, and cope with changing priorities)
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with a team and independently
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Two years experience in working with designing surveys, managing data files, and/or producing data and statistical reports is preferred
- Basic knowledge of web design/HTML code
- Data entry experience
- Supervisory experience a plus
Computer Skills:
- Working knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Ability to learn and use proprietary, internet based workflow software
