HR Solutions is an international management consulting firm that provides opinion survey instruments, training and development services, management assessments, and results-oriented advisory services. Our firm specializes in designing and administering surveys concerning job satisfaction, quality, benefits, safety, customer service, customer satisfaction, and sales. The Director of Project Management is responsible for overseeing the company’s project management function. The right candidate will work to ensure that our project managers;

1. increase the client satisfaction through flawless project execution,
2. increase the number and type of services that the company offers, and
3. effectively manage the budgets of their projects.

This person is also responsible for managing a select number of survey projects and for coordinating with our production, marketing and administrative teams to ensure that we meet and exceed client expectations.

Required Skills, Abilities and Talents:

• Excellent people management skills
• Exceptional writing skills (grammar, proofing, editing, organization)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and respond to changing priorities
• Strong detail orientation
• Advanced knowledge of survey methods and statistics
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of managing budgets and costs

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors Degree required. Masters in a related field strongly preferred
• Five or more years experience in managing projects and managing people who manage projects.

Computer Skills/Requirements:

• Working knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access)
• Ability to learn and use proprietary, internet-based workflow software
