We are seeking a Project Manager for our Chicago office with consultative work-related experience to help us keep pace with the growth in our business. The incumbent will be responsible for directing our clients through detailed survey processes in conjunction with presenting advisory analyses. He/she will also be responsible for coordinating with our production, marketing, and administrative teams to ensure that we meet and exceed client expectations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Three to five years experience in managing projects. (Experience related to employee survey methods and statistics highly desirable!)
- Strong service and quality orientation to clients and colleagues.
- Experience working with data evaluation a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, workflow and tasks, and respond to changing priorities
- Detail oriented coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of managing budgets and costs
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook with ability to learn and use proprietary, internet-based workflow software.
- Strong comfort level in sales (up-selling and cross-selling)
