HR Solutions is an international management consulting firm that provides opinion survey instruments, training and development services, management assessments, and results-oriented advisory services. Project Managers are responsible for helping guide our clients through detailed survey processes. They are also responsible for coordinating with our production, marketing and administrative teams to ensure that we meet and exceed client expectations.
Required Skills, Abilities and Talents:
- Strong service and quality orientation to clients and colleagues.
- Good people management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, workflow and tasks, and respond to changing priorities.
- Strong detail orientation.
- Basic knowledge of survey methods and statistics.
- Ability to work and think independently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of managing budgets and costs.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree required. Masters in a related field strongly preferred
- Minimum three years experience in managing survey research projects
Computer Skills/Requirements:
- Working knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access)
- Ability to learn and use proprietary, internet-based workflow software
