We are seeking a Sales Service Specialist to be a reliable, flexible, creative, energetic and personable team player that is adaptable, driven by variety, has a proven ability to be resourceful and has a great desire to "jump right in" and learn. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative and staff support duties. Skills assessment tests will be administered. This is a contract position with a possibility of becoming a full-time regular position. After 90 days a performance review would occur to determine full-time eligibility. Position available immediately.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Create, Prepare and Proofread Proposals, Set-up letters and Budgets.
- Answering phones, merging and binding documents.
- Data entry and general office assistance.
- General upkeep of our client database system.
- Provide exceptional internal and external customer service.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
- Possess proven strong writing and proofing skills.
- Superior (written and oral) communication and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethics and good attention to details.
- Must be able to multi-task and meet set deadlines.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment and independently.
- Possess proven abilities in adapting well to frequent change.
- Must be detail-oriented and have good follow through skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel are required, Access and PowerPoint a plus.
- Experience with Proposal writing and Budget preparation is preferred and a definite plus.
- Must possess proven basic mathematical skills.
- Must have some administrative/support experience as well as the ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- Associates Degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
