We are seeking Senior Consultants to help us keep pace with the growth in our business. We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and excellent opportunity for growth. Senior Consultants are responsible for the following activities: executive presentations, feedback/focus group facilitation, training on action planning, leadership consulting, and final report writing to help ensure that we meet and exceed client expectations.
Required Skills, Abilities and Talents:
- Strong inter-personal skills, relationship building, executive credibility.
- Exceptional ability to communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of client companies.
- Ability to distill statistical and qualitative data into sound conclusions and recommendations.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, and cope with changing priorities.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree required (Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development/Effectiveness, or related field preferred).
- Masters Degree preferred.
- Experience in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development/ Effectiveness, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Thorough working knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: Competencies, 360, Performance Management, Recruitment, Selection, Training and Development, Retention, Career Development, Succession Planning, Change Management, Benefits, Compensation, Coaching, and Strategy/Mission development.
Computer Skills/Requirements:
- Working knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access)
- Ability to travel 25 to 50% of work time (at times on short notice)
