HR Solutions is an international management consulting firm that provides opinion survey instruments, training and development services, management assessments, and results-oriented advisory services. Our firm specializes in designing and administering surveys concerning job satisfaction, quality, benefits, safety, customer service, customer satisfaction, and sales. As our name implies, we help our clients solve current and future problems.

Senior Consultants are responsible for the following activities: executive presentations, feedback/focus group facilitation, training on action planning, leadership consulting, and final report writing to help ensure that we meet and exceed client expectations.

• Strong inter-personal skills, relationship building, executive credibility.
• Exceptional ability to communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of client companies.
• Ability to distill statistical and qualitative data into sound conclusions and recommendations.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, and cope with changing priorities.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors Degree required (Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development/Effectiveness, or related field preferred).
• Masters Degree preferred.
• Experience in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development/ Effectiveness, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Thorough working knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: Competencies, 360, Performance Management, Recruitment, Selection, Training and Development, Retention, Career Development, Succession Planning, Change Management, Benefits, Compensation, Coaching, and Strategy/Mission development.

Computer Skills/Requirements:

• Working knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access)
• Ability to travel 25 to 50% of work time (at times on short notice)
