HR Solutions is an international management consulting firm that provides opinion survey instruments, training and development services, management assessments, and results-oriented advisory services. Our firm specializes in designing and administering surveys concerning job satisfaction, quality, benefits, safety, customer service, customer satisfaction, and sales. As our name implies, we help our clients solve current and future problems.
We are seeking a Support Specialist to be a reliable, flexible, energetic and personable team player that is adaptable, driven by variety and has a proven ability to be resourceful and has a great desire to "jump right in" and learn. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative and staff support duties.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Preparing Proposals, Set-up letters and Budgets
- Answering phones, merging and binding documents
- Ability to type with speed and accuracy
- Data entry and general office assistance
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
- Possess strong writing and proofing skills
- Strong communication (written and oral) and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and good attention to detail
- Able to work well with others in a team environment and independently
- Must be detail-oriented and have good follow through skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel are required, Access and PowerPoint a plus
- 1-2 years of previous administrative experience; BA/BS Degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred
