HR Solutions has a state-of-the-art Data Processing Center that allows us to collect data from both Internet and Paper survey administration methods. Internet - Our Internet technology provides us with survey clusters that can take up to 100,000 simultaneous hits. This technology will assure all organizations their survey will accommodate a large number of respondents at the same time without losing critical data.
Paper - HR Solutions employs the two most current technologies for paper surveys:
Scantron - Scantron scanners utilize an Optical Mark Reader to collect data from paper. Our scanner is capable of scanning up to 5,500 pages per hour. Only 48 scanners of this caliber exist in the United States.
Cardiff Teleform - Cardiff Teleform is a .tif imaging system that allows for optimal flexibility in the design of the survey and a more cost effective product for a smaller job.
IVR (Interactive Voice Response) - Our experience has shown that survey participants are only willing to complete an abbreviated survey instrument on the phone as opposed to by hand or through the Internet. If your organization decides to implement an IVR survey version, each participant will be assigned a code (normally a four digit number) to access the survey. Some common options for distributing these codes are via form letter or email. Your HR Solutions project manager will work with you to determine which method is best for adhering perceptions of confidentiality with the participants.
Live telephone - Phone surveys are conducted using an outbound call placed by HR Solutions' representative.
